Dr. Janarr holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Penang International Dental College and brings 7 years of clinical experience to every appointment. He founded JJ Mesra with one goal: a dental clinic where Perai families feel welcome, listened to and never pressured. Every treatment plan is explained in plain language, in Bahasa Melayu or English, so you know exactly what is happening and why.

Are you open on weekends?
Yes. We are open 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, from 9.00am to 6.00pm, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability, but booking via WhatsApp guarantees your slot and keeps waiting time short.
Braces or clear aligners: which is right for me?
It depends on how your teeth need to move, your budget and your lifestyle. Dr. Janarr will check your bite and explain both options before you decide.
Does scaling or a filling hurt?
Most patients feel only mild discomfort. Local anaesthetic is used where needed, and we always check you are comfortable before continuing.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. As part of our new opening promo, your dental consultation and check-up advice are free. You only pay if you decide to go ahead with treatment.
Do you offer discounts for KKM staff or army personnel?
Yes. KKM (Ministry of Health) staff and army personnel enjoy a special discount. Just show your staff or service ID at the counter, or WhatsApp us to ask about it before your visit.
Can I pay by instalments?
Yes. You can split your bill into 3 interest-free payments with Atome, or use instalment plans with selected bank credit cards. We also accept DuitNow QR and major international QR wallets. Ask our team which option suits your treatment.
How much will my treatment cost?
Your consultation is free. Scaling is RM100 during our new opening promo. Teeth whitening is RM300 (including scaling and polishing), and braces are RM5,500 with a RM500 deposit and monthly payments from RM130. For other treatments, Dr. Janarr explains your options and the cost after your check-up, so there are no surprises.
Where are you located and is there parking?
We are at 2777, Ground Floor, Jalan Chain Ferry, Taman Inderawasih, 13600 Perai. Look for the blue and yellow signboard. Paid council parking (MBSP, previously MPSP) is available right in front of the clinic.
